Refund Policy

ARL Retail Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) provides a cooling-off period to ensure transparency and fairness for individuals registering as Independent Business Owners (“IBOs”).

1. Cooling-Off Period

Any individual who has registered as an IBO with the Company shall have the right to review and reconsider their decision within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of registration (“Cooling-Off Period”).

2. Eligibility for Refund

An IBO shall be eligible for a full refund of the product purchase cost paid to the Company, subject to the following conditions:
• The request for cancellation is submitted within the stipulated 15-day Cooling-Off Period;
• The products are returned in unused, saleable condition, along with original packaging;
• The return is accompanied by:
o The original purchase invoice, and
o A written request for cancellation stating the reason.

3. Refund Process

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, ARL Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall determine the eligibility for refund or replacement.
• Approved refunds shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original mode of payment or any other method deemed appropriate by the Company.

4. Exclusions

Refund requests shall not be entertained in the following cases:
• Requests submitted after the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period;
• Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or not in saleable condition;
• Returns without valid proof of purchase or required documentation.

5. Final Authority

The Company reserves the right to verify all claims and to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion. The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

6. Amendments

ARL Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers and IBOs are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
