• Company Office(s)
• Sub-Franchise(s)
• Retailers
• Mobile Retail Points
Customers may purchase products from any of the above authorized points.

2. Direct Delivery by the Company

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer direct delivery of products to customers under the following conditions:
• The order is placed and payment is made directly to ARL Retail Pvt. Ltd.
• The delivery location falls within the Company’s serviceable areas

3. Free Delivery Eligibility

• The Company offers free delivery on orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand only).
• Free delivery is subject to the delivery address being within serviceable locations as determined by the Company.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, availability of products, and operational factors.
• The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery; however, it does not guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Delivery Conditions

• Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing the order.
• The Company shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Risk and Title

• Ownership and risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products at the specified address or upon collection from an authorized distribution point.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Amendments

ARL Retail Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically.
